1-9" pie crust or graham cracker crust
2 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. margarine
1 egg
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. whipped cream (or
can use Cool Whip)
1 c. drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Cream powdered sugar and margarine. Add egg, salt and vanilla. Beat until2 c. powdered sugar

fluffy. Spread on bottom of crust. Fole pineapple and nuts into whipped cream.
Spread over sugar mixture. Chill.
