After much blood work I pretty much have an answer to why I feel so lousy and my long list of seemingly random symptoms. Like my grandfather I have Lupus. I also have an infection that is rampant somewhere in my body causing blood levels to be in the 900s when under 200 is normal.  I just finished a round of antibiotics and now I'm sporting a nice rash wrapped around my chest and neck like a bib.

I'm having to learn a new way of life. Staying out in the sun for the afternoon causes me pain and tiredness for days. I have to get sleep even if it means taking super strong prescription sleep aids. I started taking a "greens" powder to get over my daily dose of herbs, greens, and veggies. I take a multivitamin, D3, B12 and extra folic acid plus oregano oil caps that are to help fight the infection.  I have to take naps if I get tired and try to not push myself like I used to.

The doctor thinks I'm still enough "pre-lupus", meaning my level is on the low end of high, that I can use diet and health changes to manage it without the NSAIDs and other meds.  I hope so. I really hate taking meds! I barely do good to remember my vitamins daily!

I'm believing on the blood of Jesus that I will beat this! By His stripes we are healed and I am claiming that verse. My doctor and church have seen severe people fully CURED not in remission after prayers, anointing, and health changes. My church small group has already began praying and did some laying on of hands for me this week. During the laying on of hands my shoulder where my current flare/pain is got hot (hot enough 15 minutes later when we left Hubs could still feel the heat!) and the pain CEASED that night! PRAISE GOD!

Its 10pm and I'm tired. Hubs and I felt like this week should have ended a few days ago. We've had 2 ER trips for 2 kids plus doctor's rechecks, started swim lessons, soccer game, church and parenting class (which I missed thanks to Bub jumping off a 5 ft stage...still waiting to know what damage that did!) and a few other things that called me from home. Yeah I know so much for "simplifying" my life. I'm working on it!
