junkin' with my baby girl

Last month local counties had a massive junk/yard sale. My oldest and youngest were off visiting my mom in Oklahoma so I grabbed my baby girl and headed out for a few hours of treasure hunting.

sporting her new glasses isn't she CUTE!

lovely old milk jars and galvanized holder
it was more than I wanted to spend that day

this beat up vanity/desk had great bones and just
needed some loving.
but I am grounded from bringing home more projects
until I finish the ones I have started

sigh
lurve

I could see these stacked in my living room as a side table.
Again the price wasn't what I would pay

this was just the start of 12 miles of sales

I was good though!
All I bought was an antique minnow bucket that I made into a planter

and
chocolate whoopie pies
no pics cause they didn't last that long
:)

Now I have until next spring to clean out space and finish up my projects so I can bring home more unique treasures to make this house a more RELAXED home.
