This little Sweet William has bloomed most of the winter
Purple and yellow Iris
My mums are so confused with all the rain and cool temps.
These are in a pot and have been blooming up a storm.
The ones in the ground are right behind them.
That is Hardy Ground Cover Ivy peeking through.
This is Purple Autumn Sage.
It looks scraggly because I had to move it this year
when it got too big for its area.
It is coming back nicely.
Hardy Lantana.
This is one of 2 plants that I did not manage to kill out of 12.
So far it is the only one blooming.
Last year it was 4 ft across and almost as tall!
These are Yellow Iris from my late Grandfather's yard.
The bulbs are over 20 yrs old and have moved with the family.
This is a stunning colored iris that suprised me this year.
The picture does not do justice to the deep wine color.
So glad I stopped to snap the pic that day as it was gone the next.
That is some of the plants in my yard. With all the rain I have more flowers than ever!
If it stops raining I will get pictures of the roses out on the side yard.
I also have ferns growing rapidly in this weather that are a beautiful bronze and green.
Thanks for stopping by and looking at my blog. I LOVE your flower pictures. Such beauty GOD has created. I love taking pictures of God's amazing array of Wild flowers. Thanks again.
