olive oil rubbed baked potatoes

*enough potatoes for your family (any kind- we have used baking potatoes, yukon gold, and new potatoes)

* olive oil

*coarse sea salt

Preheat oven to 450 degrees
Pierce freshly washed potatoes with a knife a few times
Rub olive oil on potatoes -cover completely with oil
Place on a cookie sheet and sprinkle lightly with salt
Bake 1 hour at 450 degrees or until center is soft when pierced with fork

(make extra cause these go fast!)
